The Bride St. Louis Wedding Shows – Legal Compliance Agreement
When you register as a VENDOR you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Single Booth Exhibit space includes an 8’ wide booth with rear pipe & drape and 6 ft.table. Double Booth Exhibit space includes a 14′ wide booth with pipe & drape and 2 tables of choice (6ft or High Top). The depth of the booth will vary based on location of show. Mini Booth Exhibit space includes a 4 ft. space – neither electric or pipe and drape guaranteed on Mini booths and Mini Booth includes one High-Top Table. Special other table/booth options may be available based on show. Additional tables are available at a nominal charge. No side rails are included on any booths. Bride St. Louis LLC reserves the right to reject or prohibit any vendor which is not suitable in keeping with the character and nature of the mission – to promote the use and sale of products and services of the bridal and related industries. Vendor agrees to maintain at its own expense liability insurance, and be liable for any damage to building and exhibitor space. Bride St. Louis LLC assumes no risk and the Vendor releases Bride St. Louis LLC from any and all liability which may arise from participating in the bridal event. Vendor will display only within his booth area and comply with building safety codes in effect. Excessive noise is prohibited. Only one vendor business per booth is allowed.
There are no refunds for any reason. All fees are due and payable two weeks prior to the show. A vendor may move their registration to another show in the same calendar year up to 2 weeks prior to any event ran by Bride St. Louis LLC without penalty. We do limit by category and reserve the right to refuse vendors. Set up Instructions will be sent out approximately one week prior to the show. Permission Based Attendee List is confidential information and may NOT be shared, bartered, or given to others. Each infraction of list sharing is subject to a $5000 fine. The list is seeded and penalties will be imposed if a vendor is found in violation. The attendee list may be used only by the Registering Show Vendor. In the event of severe weather or public safety concerns, it will be at the discretion of Bride St. Louis LLC to reschedule the show. If, for any reason beyond the control of Bride St. Louis LLC, the Bridal Event is not held, Bride St. Louis LLC may retain an amount paid by Vendor as is necessary to cover expenses already incurred by Bride St. Louis LLC. If you sell merchandise from your booth, it is your responsibility to collect and to pay tax collected. All food and liquor vendors must conform to host venue rules.
