MINIMUM SPENDING REQUIREMENTS For an Event held on a Saturday evening, a minimum of $5,000.00 must be spent for food and beverage and gratuity combined. For an Event held on a Friday evening on a Saturday during the day or Sunday , a minimum of $4,500.00 must be spent for food and beverage and gratuity combined.
