Our wedding expo brings together a wide variety of vendors under one roof. You will have the opportunity to meet with wedding planners, photographers, florists, caterers, and many other vendors. This is a great opportunity to get a feel for each vendor's style and personality, and to ask any questions you may have.
Instead of aimlessly searching through website after website, you get to have face-to-face conversations with your potential vendors. Your vendors are the people that surround you and serve you on your most important day, so this is the best way to make sure you really "click" with your team.
Sometimes attending a wedding show sparks an idea that you wouldn't have had otherwise! For example, maybe your groom didn't know that taco bars even existed! Or maybe you were planning to go with a regular photo booth and saw all the GIF, slow-motion options that are out there now. Or maybe you realized how special it would be to have a live painter at your ceremony.

COME EARLY! We have DOOR PRIZES for early arrivals.
Know Your Date + Guest Count. Be sure to come prepared with your ideal date in mind so wedding merchants can check their availability. Bring along labels that have you NAME, Email, Phone and Date of Wedding – use these at booths for entry to prizes – quick and easy!
Wear comfortable shoes.
One of the best things about a bridal show is that it gives you an opportunity to see what's new and find exciting things you may not have thought of or considered.
