SELLERS

Sellers keep 100% of their sales.  Seller Tables start at $30.00.

Wedding Vendors can also buy and sell items.

You  sign up for various space sizes based on the quantity and type of merchandise you are selling.  Please select enough space to comfortably display all items.

BUYERS

Ticket prices :

* VIP Ticket $25.00 with Early Entry at 11:30am  - (Includes Swag Bag).

* General Admission $15.00 at 12 Noon -  ($20 if purchased at the door).

* Kids 5 and Under and Seniors 65+ - FREE.

* BARGAIN TIME $10.00 with entry at 2pm.

SELLERS  - Select your Table & Space Depending on Merchandise & Quantity

 

Newlyweds - Clean out your closets and turn your wedding items into CASH! No awkward messages or ghosting, you sell it QUICK & EASY, with SERIOUS BUYERS. You keep 100% of YOUR PROFIT. There are options depending on the number of tables or additional space that you might need. Add SPACE as required for garment racks or other floor standing displays. More space allows for better visibility, reduced breakage and a more professional display. When in doubt - size up.

 

$30.00 Rectangular Tables (6 ft. x 30” includes white linen) - all items must fit on top of your table or under your table.

$30.00 Round Table (60" includes white linen) - all items must fit on top of your table or under your table.

$40.00 Rectangular Tables (6ft. X 30" Includes white linen) - all items must fit on top of your table or under your table.

$45.00 Rectangular Table PLUS a 3 ft. added space next to your table for your clothes rack or your display items

(6 ft. x 30” includes white linen) - all items must fit on top of your table or under your table.

$60.00 Two – Rectangular Tables - (6 ft. x 30” includes white linens)

$90.00 Three – Rectangular Tables – (6 ft. x 30” tables includes white linen)

There are options to add floor spaces - $15 for additional 4 ft. space for display or rack.

VIP SWAG BAG INSERTS: Include printed material or promotional items in 200 swag bags.

Vendors interested in selling services and inventory should contact us prior to booking. We may add a select few vendors space for appropriate services, but this is NOT a wedding show. This is a relaxed COMMUNITY event.

Share with engaged friends and post on social media. It's in everyone's best interest to have an amazing turnout for this event.

When you register you agree to these terms & conditions:

  1. For those selling décor or excess inventory, please select enough space to comfortably display all items as table needs are commonly underestimated. When in doubt size up. Sellers keep 100% of their sales. Professional Wedding Vendors interested in selling excess inventory must let us know before purchasing a ticket for space,
  2. Set up time begins at 9am – to be completed by 11am. You may bring one additional helper to assist you and they can stay on site. If you require additional helpers, they must leave before the VIP ticketholders are let into the space at 11:30am.
  3. All loading in or out has to be done through the SIDE entry door. Not the front entrance. No breakdown before 3:30pm. If you sell out before the end of the event, make sure your table is clear and leave your linens in place.
  4. Anything that doesn’t fit on or under your table requires additional space. NOTHING can be in the walkway or aisle.
  5. Chairs are not supplied at each table – there will be some around the perimeter of the room if you need one.
  6. All tables will be PRE-ASSIGNED. No one will be guaranteed wall space. If you have things to hang please purchase a 4’ additional space and bring a rack.
  7. There is nowhere to store your packing boxes unless you have space under your table. Your helper can certainly help your buyers to their car with their purchases.
  8. ALL sales are handled by the seller and the buyer. Wedding Marketplace STL/Bride St. Louis, employees or producers are not handling any sales, collecting funds or making change. Please make sure your have the means to make change for cash sales and/or accept some type of electronic payments (ie: Venmo, Paypal). Please make sure your ditigal payment device is fully charged and ready to go. Suggestion to bring a back up power supply. There is a ATM on site, however, we have no control over the amount of money it can provide and there is a fee charged.
  9. All sellers must remain with their tables/racks the entire time of the sale. Wedding Marketplace STL/Bride St. Louis/Pezold Banquet & Meeting Center is not responsible for any issues, theft, damages, or injuries.
  10. Make sure that you post that no warranties are given on merchandise either expressed or implied. Wedding Marketplace/Bride St. Louis/Pezold Banquet & Meeting Space does not guarantee any sales.
  11. All tickets purchased to be a seller are not refundable, but can be transferred with Wedding Marketplace/Bride St. Louis’ permission and consent.
