While face-to-face connections are amazing, you don’t have to miss out if you can’t be on the show floor.

Participating in the Venue Discovery Zone ensures couples see your venue, pick up your brochures,

and start envisioning their big day—keeping you visible, top of mind, and in front of every bride at the show.

Why You Can’t Miss This

We surveyed 12,000 followers of Bride St. Louis—58% of local couples attend wedding shows specifically to find their dream venue. Yet many venues still say,

“We don’t do shows because couples don’t book at them.”

Here’s the reality: if brides don’t know about you, they can’t book you. After 75+ shows over 14 years, we’ve heard it all:

Truth is, open houses don’t guarantee traffic, and nothing replaces being seen by hundreds of eager, newly engaged couples in one day.

What is the Venue Discovery Zone?

The Venue Discovery Zone is where couples will flock at our January 4th show when searching for their “I Do” location. Inside this dedicated space, couples will:

- - - - Collect brochures and information from your venue
        
        Start imagining their wedding at your location
        
        Take your materials home for future planning

How It Works:

1. 1. 1. 1. Register and pay for participation by October 31, 2025.
        
        Provide your brochures, info, and promo items by December 15, 2025.
        
        We organize everything by region so couples can easily find you.
        
        (Optional) Add a pop-up banner for extra visibility at no charge. You bring and remove it on Sunday morning, Jan. 4th.
        
        Couples browse and collect your materials in the Discovery Zone.
        
        Leftover materials will be included in future show grab bags for additional exposure.

Pricing

- - - - $150 – For venues NOT having a vendor booth at the Jan. 4th show
        
        $50 – For venues HAVING a vendor booth at the Jan. 4th show
