What rooms are available & what is the price?
Room Name: The Squadron Room and Patio/Tent Area
Rental Price: 3 hour (minimum) $400; 5 hours, $600.
Maximum Number/Minimum Number of Guests: 40-300 guests.
Describe Space: open, rectangle banquet room, adjacent tent covered patio area, windows on every wall, overlooks the rolling hills of the course.
In House Catering:
Price Range of Food Service Per/Person: $22.95 – $31.95 per person, includes coffee, tea, and lemonade.
Does that price include Basic Liquor Service? No.
What is the cost to upgrade to a premium bar service? Premium bar service for 4 hours is $21 per guest.
Is there a Food & Beverage Minimum: Speak with the Event Coordinator if you have any questions.
Do you have a Liquor License: Yes.
When is Food Tasting Scheduled: 2 to 3 months before event day.
